Due to the personalised and customised nature of our products, all sales are final, and refunds are generally not offered. However, we do allow refunds in certain exceptional cases as outlined below.

1. Pricing Models

Cosmofynd offers a one-time payment option with no auto-renewal. Once you complete your purchase:

  • You will receive immediate access to our personalized astrological insights.
  • There are no recurring charges, subscriptions, or hidden fees.
  • This pricing model ensures full transparency, allowing you to explore our services without ongoing commitments.

2. Digital Delivery & Confirmation

  • Your Soul Purpose Book is delivered within 48 hours via email to the address provided at checkout.
  • Please ensure that:
    • The email provided is accurate.
    • You check your spam/junk folder in case of non-receipt.
    • Our email ([email protected]) is whitelisted to prevent missing delivery.
  • The birth details collection form explicitly mentions that you double check the details before submitting. There is already an option to edit the details if needed before submitting. Once submitted, users are responsible for accuracy.
  • If you do not receive your book, contact us within 72 hours at [email protected] so we can assist you.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds only under the following circumstances:

  • If a product or consultation is not delivered due to a system error on our end.
  • If a technical issue prevents access to the purchased service, and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.
  • If an unauthorized or fraudulent transaction occurs (subject to verification by our payment provider).
  • Duplicate purchases with identical birth details (reported within 24 hours).
  • Any refund decision is at our sole discretion and requires written approval from Cosmofynd Support.

Refunds are not offered for changes of mind or personal preferences after purchase.

4. Refund Period

  • Refund requests must be made within 2 days of the payment date.
  • Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:

  • If you change your mind after purchasing a Soul Purpose Book or consultation.
  • If the birth details provided were incorrect (the birth details collection form explicitly mentions the same and prompts you to double check and gives you the option to edit if needed before submitting. Once submitted, users are responsible for accuracy).
  • If you fail to use the consultation service within the scheduled period.
  • If the issue is caused by third-party software, devices, or network failures beyond our control.
  • If you purchased the service on behalf of someone else without their consent.
  • Failure to check your email, spam/junk folder, or missing emails due to customer-side issues.
  • Expectation mismatches – our product description clearly outlines what is included. The content is hyper-personalised and customised to your details submitted

6. Chargebacks & Fraudulent Disputes

Some customers mistakenly dispute transactions when they do not recognize the payment gateway name on their credit card statement.

Filing a chargeback after receiving the digital product is considered fraudulent.

We maintain:

  • Time-stamped proof of delivery.
  • Server logs verifying successful book generation and email delivery.
  • Agreement of terms at checkout.

Fraudulent chargebacks will result in:

  • Permanent blacklisting from all future Cosmofynd products.
  • Submission of evidence to payment processors, which may impact your ability to use certain payment methods.
  • Potential legal action for chargeback fraud.

7. Duplicate Purchases

  • If you accidentally place multiple identical orders, notify us at [email protected] within 24 hours for a review.
  • Only identical orders with the same birth details will be considered for a refund.

8. Refund Requests Outside of Policy

  • Any refund request outside these terms will be automatically denied.
  • Filing a dispute before contacting us will invalidate any future support requests.

  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
  4. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

10. Consultation Rescheduling

  • Consultation appointments can be rescheduled if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Missed appointments may not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
